Challenging Wills, Trusts and Probate
Claims or disputes can arise in the following areas:
- When someone has been left out of a Will it may be possible to apply to the Court for the Will (and sometimes even its entirety) to altered to allow the person to inherit. These are often known as inheritance claims.
- If someone has been coerced into making a Will against their wishes.
- Trustees not acting properly causing loss to those who are due to receive money from the Trust.
- Disputes between beneficiaries of a Will.
- Challenging invalid Wills.
- If the maker of the Will did not have the necessary mental capacity.
- Fraud in connection with a Will or Estate.
If you have a problem in one of the above areas then please contact Hugh Davey on 0845 603 3273 to find out how we can help.
