We are always interested to talk to talented, energetic, like minded people - whether you are a lawyer or would be interested to become part of our excellent and highly valued administrative staff.

We cannot say that every day at Fleet Solicitors is full of laughs - the law is after all a serious business where the stakes are high - often, very high indeed. We try, however, in our working life together to have an environment which is supportive, stimulating and one where there is respect and encouragement for each other.

Part of our ethos is that our partners and staff should not be so exhausted that by Friday evening they cannot have a life outside the office – nor that their weekends are merely recuperation periods before the onslaught of the following week. Of course, there are times when we all have to muck in, get the job done and be flexible. This can be very stimulating and rewarding. We strive that, at the end of the week, we all should be able to look back, feel that everyone has contributed, helped our clients, enjoyed our working week and, once in a while, had some fun!
