We work with our clients to bring disputes to a conclusion in the most effective manner possible. We describe ourselves as Litigation and Dispute Resolution specialists as opposed to merely Litigation lawyers because what we do goes far beyond just litigation. It includes analysing the situation at an early stage to identify strengths and weaknesses, thinking laterally, keeping a watchful eye on the expense to benefit ratio and considering the wide variety of options available including, where appropriate, arbitration and mediation. One of our Partners is a qualified Mediator.

We tell our clients up front what our charges will be, and the lawyers who will work on your case. Whenever possible quotes and estimates are supplied. We conduct cases when we can on a 'no-win, no-fee' basis. We feel this gives transparency to our belief in and commitment to your case.

We as a business (and as a group of individuals) are totally committed to the Southwest region as a place to work and live. However, we regularly work with clients beyond the region nationally and internationally. We do NOT charge for travel time to and from meetings in London.
